Job Description:

The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for the administration of all on campus recruitment activities. Will develop, manage, grow and maintain campus relationships with our key colleges and universities in the Central, US region. Midwest Locations: Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, or Houston This role is primarily responsible for developing, managing, growing and maintaining campus relationships with our key colleges and universities in our Central US region.


Key Accountabilities and Specific Role Responsibilities:


•Administer all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes.

•Coordinate and maintain relationships with department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface with all candidates.

•In conjunction with the SVP, Sales Development, review all performance annually and compare efficiency of strategies with drafted plans.

•Collaborate with recruiting teams and provide support to all recruitment activities and ensure best practices.

•Develop and maintain professional contacts with office employees and students.

•Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies.

•Coordinate career fairs with regional recruiters and branch management team.



Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience and Background Requirements

•1 – 3 years campus recruiting experience

•Strong College/ University Networking experience

•Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal sales office personnel, campus and career services professionals, and recruits

•Strong interpersonal skills

•Strong ability to interview and analyze candidate qualifications as they related to job details

•Strong presentation skills

•Good time management skills

•Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Status: Exempt
