University of Notre Dame Career Funding Program, Associate The University of Notre Dame ( is accepting applications for a Career Funding Program, Associate. Applications will be accepted until November 7, 2014. The Career Funding Program, Associate coordinates funding programs for internships through The Career Center in collaboration with the Career Funding Program Director. This includes facilitating workshops on finding/funding internships, meeting individually with students to prepare for their internships, communicating with students and supervisors during the internships, measuring outcomes, and presenting reports as appropriate to leadership and donors. In addition, the Career Funding Program Associate would liaison with the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs in efforts to secure new donors and colleagues in Development in efforts to maintain donor relations. In addition, provides back-up to the front office and career coaches as needed. Coordinate funding programs in collaboration with Career Funding Program, Director. Facilitate workshops and conduct individual student meetings to prepare students for internship opportunities. Collect assessment data throughout the internships with students and supervisors. Create and disseminate reports on outcomes to leadership and donors. Liaison with the AVP and Development in efforts to seek new donors and maintain donor relationships. Participate in meetings across campus, representing The Career Center and keeping stakeholders informed. Participate in team meetings, assist the Career Funding Program, Director, Career Coaches, and front office as needed. Represents The Career Center across campus and in professional associations/community organizations. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director to ensure the success of the Career Center, the University, students, and other stakeholders. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree Experience in complex career services office or related (higher education, college recruiting, etc.). Appreciation for centralized undergraduate career services model. Previous experience in event planning essential. Should be able to lift boxes up to 40 pounds. Sense of humor and desire to contribute ideas toward the success of the overall undergraduate career services program essential.
