This forum is designed to provide participants with additional insight into the current state of employment opportunities for international students in the USA & provide outside perspectives from an employer, governmental, and non-governmental organizational perspective. In addition, we will discuss best practices in enabling international students to attain employment opportunities in the USA.

    Inform audience on the importance of a company’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP), the essence of what distinguishes one employer from another. The presentation will illustrate “life careerism,” which describes the importance of unity between one’s career and one’s lifestyle and values. Educate organizations on what drives millennial behavior, and inform audience on how to effectively craft appropriate messages that demonstrate the employer’s behavior and value systems to target, attract, and retain the next generation of employees.
