Professional contract position available immediately. Responsibilities: provide career coaching services and educational programs for students and alumni through individual appointments and group presentations and discussion; provide support with employer development and recruitment activities; coordinate programs and services for students, alumni, and faculty in selected academic departments and liaison areas; coordinate career planning and job search programs and activities.
Minimum qualifications: master’s degree by date of appointment; demonstrated skill in public speaking, advising, professional writing, program design, project organization and management, time management; use of Microsoft Office software. Preferred qualifications: one year of experience in higher education setting such as career services, counseling, academic advising, residence life, or admissions; knowledge of academic programs in assigned liaison area. Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
