Responsibilities The Pearson Leadership Development Program (PLDP) is an exciting and challenging full-time, 24-month rotational program that gives Associates a unique, cross-functional opportunity to accelerate your professional development, network with senior leaders, and impact millions of learners on a global scale. In order to maximize the leadership potential of each PLDP Associate, we identify rotation assignments that meet your unique skills and interests. Rotations may include: STEM Architecture & Analysis Data Scientist Full-Stack Developers Project Management Quality Assurance (QA) Software Development & Engineering User Experience (UX) Non-STEM Business Development Efficacy Marketing/Communication Product Development/Management Research User Experience (UX) Pearson is invested in your holistic development. Associates have an opportunity to leverage their current abilities while simultaneously building an expansive, diverse set of skills. Due to our broad range in businesses and prospective rotations, we welcome applicants with varied strengths and interests. All majors are encouraged to apply. Geographic Rotation Locations All Associates in their first rotations will be placed in one of the following offices: Boston, MA Centennial, CO Hoboken, NJ or New York, NY After completing the first rotation, PLDP Associates are afforded the flexibility to pursue opportunities in one of many Pearson offices all over the globe including: Austin, TX Baltimore, MD Bloomington, MN Boston, MA Cedar Rapids, IA Centennial, CO Chandler, AZ Columbus, OH Hoboken, NJ Iowa City, IA Indianapolis, IN New York, NY Rancho Cordova, CA San Antonio, TX San Francisco, CA Washington, DC *Select rotations in London, UK as well as remote office locations will also be available.
BA or BS degree obtained between January 2011 – June 2015 Geographically mobile Internship, entrepreneurship, or work experience is required Candidate Preferred Qualities Proven leadership and analytical skills Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit Passion for making a difference in education and impacting the future of global minds Perseverance and grit Adaptable to change Math, Science, Engineering, and/or Technology background
