Annual Conference Cancellation Policy

Midwest ACE Annual Conference

Cancellation Policy:

If a registrant cannot attend a Midwest ACE event for a documented reason and informs the HQ office by a set date prior to the conference (June 30, 2015), he/she will be given an 85% refund or may send another representative from the same organization at no additional cost. After a designated date (June 30, 2015), no refund will be provided.

 

ALL cancellations MUST be made in writing.
