Associate Director of the Career and Leadership Development Center

The Division of Student Affairs seeks a collaborative and dynamic student-centered professional to serve in the newly formed Career and Leadership Development Center. The competitive candidate should be an accomplished collaborator and builder of strategic partnerships with students, parents, faculty, and other internal and external constituents. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Students for Career and Leadership Development, the Associate Director will serve as the primary lead for the center on career and leadership development programming.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Higher Education, Counseling, College Student Personnel, or related field. Three to five years progressive experience in career services, leadership development, or related field is required.
