Carl H. Lindner College of Business provides quality career consulting and a broad spectrum of career services to facilitate the internship search and post-graduation employment objectives of each student. The Assistant Director of Career Services is responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive and innovative career management training and career advising for undergraduate business students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, staff, faculty, alumni, and student clubs. - Manage and oversee learning outcome and placement data. -Manage the Lindner College of Business Mentor program. - Undergraduate interview and resume assistance, as well as career advising. - Professional development training and seminars. - The delivery of career management workshops conducted by career center staff and outside experts. - The content of a career development guide for undergraduates and other supporting training materials. - Assistance for on-campus recruiting programs. - Updating students about events and professional development opportunities on campus and via the career services website. - Co-chair UC's Fall and Spring career fair
