Join a growing and dynamic comprehensive career center responsible for on-campus student employment, employer relations, and career development programs. This leadership position influences processes and programs for over 5,000 on-campus student employees, data and cycle of improvement processes, technology, and internal operations of a large comprehensive career center. The scope of this important role influences the work of all the areas within our career center and a campus of approximately 21,000 graduate and undergraduate students. Minimum qualifications: master’s degree; five years of related professional work experience in planning, management, computer systems, program development, assessment and evaluation, training, and staff supervision; demonstrated leadership, team building, systems management, public speaking, and program planning skills; basic knowledge of student employment, career development, and college students; skills in the interpretation and presentation of data. Preferred qualification: experience in career services, employer relations, and organizational communications.
