The Wisconsin School of Business is seeking candidates to join our team of academic and career advisors serving pre-business and admitted business students. This position will focus on providing career advising to undergraduate and graduate business students specifically on providing career assessment, career exploration, and major selection services. Candidates will work with colleagues and students with diverse constituencies and demonstrate cultural competence. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree. Well qualified applicants will have 2- years relevant work experience in career services, student development theory as related to career choice/exploration, and business employment. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external constituents required. Degree and area of specialization: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in College Student Development, Business or Educational Leadership strongly preferred.
