Brad is also the author of three business books including Manager 3.0: A Millennial's Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management (AMACOM 2013).

Theres Stiefer
Director, Executive Education at Sam M. Walton College of Business

Bio: Stiefer has worked in higher education for over 20 years and has a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Arkansas. She has been involved in local, regional, and national organizations. She has served as the President of the Oklahoma Association of Colleges and Employers, the President of the Southwest Association of Colleges and Employers (SWACE), and she is the first Arkansan to ever sit on the executive board of the National Association of Colleges and Employers. She has served as Mistress of Ceremonies for several association annual SWACE conferences.

Josh Bleill - Indianapolis Colts Community Spokes Person

Bio: Marine Corporal Josh Bleill [Bly-ul; rhymes with “Kyle” or “smile”] is a native of Greenfield, Indiana. After graduating high school, Josh attended Purdue University. Upon completion of his education, Josh decided to serve his country by joining the United States Marine Corps in 2004, and was activated for a tour of duty in Iraq in 2006. While serving in Iraq, Corporal Bleill was severely injured, resulting in the loss of both of his legs. After extensive rehabilitation, Bleill returned to Indiana in August of 2008, where he attacked his new life head-on.
