Business Career Services at Iowa State University is seeking a Program Coordinator I to serve the College of Business by advising students, administrators, faculty, staff and alumni on issues and trends related to employment; assisting in the marketing of office services (and Business students) to encourage employers to recruit on campus; developing and delivering frequent presentations; and teaching multiple sections of 'Careers in Business and Professional Employment Preparation' course.
Required Qualifications Master's degree plus related experience or a Bachelor's degree plus two years of related experience. Degree must be in College Student Personnel, Higher Education, Human Resources, Counseling, Industrial Relations, MBA, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications Public speaking experience. Experience in career services, higher education and/or human resources. Teaching/platform experience.
